Volunteers - We Need You!

Are you passionate about animals and looking for a meaningful way to make a difference? Join our volunteer program at Emerald Acres Animal Rescue Inc., where you’ll help care for rescued animals in a hands-on, rewarding environment and even attending rescues.
Program Overview
Volunteers stay with us for 1 to 8 weeks, immersing themselves in the daily rhythms of sanctuary life. You'll be involved in caring for a variety of animals including:
• Native wildlife – like kangaroos, birds, reptiles and more
• Farm animals – such as horse, sheep, chickens and more
• Domestic animals – including dogs and cats
Whether it’s feeding, cleaning enclosures, assisting with enrichment, or just giving some much-needed love and attention, your help goes a long way.
